Scrod,
Today when switching my cog when I was putting my lockring back on my hub stripped out where the lockring threads. I have done this countless times and I know the proper way of doing it so as far as I know it wasn't error on my behalf. I'm wondering why this happened? Could it just be because it is just an average non-fancy formula hub that isn't that nice anyways or could it be the lockring, which is also formula, that caused it?

As we established on the first page, there is a retrogression thread in the SSFG Marketplace sub-forum. Questions of this nature should be asked there.

There's about a 6mm gap between my nds crank arm and the BB cup. No explosions.

^And that's a good thing. Sadly, I somehow know what he's asking. And many preteen girls across the U.S. would know as well, and would scold you sarcastically for not knowing.

Scrod,
Would you combine tuesday and wednesday into one day where you had to work epically hard.
in exchange for another day on the weekend?
Let's call it Scroday.
Saturday, Sunday,Scroday.
I know I would.

My LBS mentioned that as I break in my new rear wheel the spoke tension will fluctuate and I should bring it in again for a quick check up. What does this involve (should I take off the tire first to save labor $?) and how long is the break in period?

If your lbs built the wheel for you, they should offer the first tension/true check for free.

Keith Morris does a great job. The new Off! records are way more angry than anything the Circle Jerks ever did and he sounds better than ever. Rollins and MacKaye however...
