I recommend the tacos al pastor or the cabeza (even though I've never been able to get a straight explanation of what part of the cow I'm eating)

seau grateau 02-04-14 03:54 PM

Cabeza is head.

Yes , but what part of the head is the taco made from? Inquiring minds want to know. I am pretty sure it is usually cheek meat but who knows

Mumonkan 02-04-14 09:24 PM

Sherblock 02-04-14 09:26 PM

Once upon a time, in a land far away and a time long ago, a gentlecyclist named Scrod would hold court and counsel cyclists in the kit they needed to pursue their passion. In my foolish ignorance, I thought it might be this thread but, as happens periodically on this forum, it appears I was wrong, this thread is just a mob of silly barstewards being ... well ... silly.

But, silly is good. We'll at least entertaining.

SpeshulEd 02-05-14 08:43 AM

And we learned that cabeza is head!

Dropping knowledge all over this thread!

When someone asks me a real question, I certainly provide real answers based upon my knowledge and actual experience.

On the other side of that same coin, when someone wastes my time asking me which [fill in the blank] they'll like better instead of simply using their cabeza...

Nagrom_ 02-05-14 10:20 AM

What part of the cabeza though?

Like the cheek?

Scrod, us old timers know this and respect you for it. That's why we are quite happy teasing you and being silly when the serious stuff isn't around. ;)

Brainz? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabeza

I'd like a lengua burrito but the one truck that did it well doesn't come by my usual hangout anymore.

striknein 02-06-14 10:50 AM

Beef cheek is ****ing delicious.

What do you think of the 2014 Vigorelli?

Thinking its time to replace the super pista.

Scrodzilla 02-07-14 01:34 AM

This one?

http://images.cdn.bigcartel.com/bigc...leido-1-wm.jpg

I think it's awesome. I'm not sure if I like it more than the Giro Pink version but it's even nicer in person.

The only thing I'm not very fond of is the "Vigorelli" text on the top tube.

Dixie Gentleman 02-07-14 01:37 AM

Yes that one.

Do you have them in stock? I'm riding a 55 now, not sure if I should go with 54 or 56.

Scrodzilla 02-07-14 01:41 AM

We received them yesterday.

Go for the size with the top tube length that comes closest to your frame.

Dixie Gentleman 02-07-14 01:46 AM

Aight. Maybe I missed it on your site but I didn't see an option for that frame

Dixie Gentleman 02-07-14 08:53 AM

never mind found it.

my main question is transferring all my parts from my super pista. Is there anything that wont match up size wise? Im assuming the seat post is larger on the Cinelli

Nagrom_ 02-07-14 09:28 AM

The Cinelli lettering on the down tube ****s with my eyes.

I like it though.

Everything should swap over without any trouble but yeah, you'll need a 31.6 seatpost.
