Yesterday (oops) my SO and I made some stuffed spaghetti squash, with spinach, tomatoes, goat cheese, and turkey bacon. It was soooo delicious

In Europe I wear industrial cargo pants for work, but in the US it is almost a uniform, in industrial settings to wear jeans and a "golf" shirt.

After 505 FG-only miles this year, I bumped up my gearing from 59" to 62", rather than going straight to 71" as I usually do most after most winters. Gonna spend a little more time building that "constitutional wind" before getting back on the bigger gears. 
I also drank a lot of coffee with coconut oil in it today.

the velocity rims are wider, but they're qc has gone down since moving to america.....
