Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Yeah, yeah - I know our bikes' weights don't really matter to us hardcore fixie bois, but what the hell...

I almost got that one. What do you think about it?

I like it a lot actually. It took me getting used to not being able to slide around on the "suede" but now I like it.

That sounds amazing except for the blue berries, pancakes, sausage and pattie.

Any creative people here? I have a homework assignment to create a direct marketing ad. Something like the sham-wow or slap-shop. It can be something silly and a product that doesn't exist, i just need to make a commercial for it. For example, one group made a face protector for when you are laying down and you drop your phone on your face.

I'm so uncreative and hate marketing, so, if anyone has a silly or fun idea please share!

Sounds right up my alley.

How about the disappear-o?
Makes people you don't like disappear with a touch of a button.

You can make a commercial with your groupmates doing something annoying and after you press the button, there's a jump cut with them gone & repeat.
Get your parents to look like authoritative figures.

You both have great ideas, I think that will get me going. Like always I was thinking too hard, trying to think of new inventions.... But something very stupid would work great. Thanks guys! I have to pitch a few ideas to my group so those will be good ones to start with.

Then I could make something super dirty. My professor always talks about drugs and also all the products that are very sexual.
