whats wrong with your "training?"
if you're trying to "train" with other people, then there's most of your problem. of course you need to take a step back from time to time and make sure that you're enjoying yourself as well.

Why is that a deal-breaker?
today i found out my cheapo $60 shorts are coming apart at the seams. guess new parts are on hold this paycheck so i can get some new kit which ive been wanting anyway |
Today it's hot as Satan's balls slathered in Sriracha at the shop because someone decided to steal the central air conditioning unit from outside the building. They unbolted it right from the ground. It must have taken six guys to put that thing in the back of a truck. Mother****ers.

Today I'm enjoying my new to me central air.
But, srsly, that blows... Or rather it doesn't... |
The funniest part is that it's the second time its happened.
Actually, it gives me a perfectly good excuse to close and spend the day floating around in the ocean with a beer in my hand. as soon as the morning mail pickup gets here, I'm gone. |

just get square taper campy cranksets. they are balleur, and even more so when you mix them with current gen campy.
is that gonna be as easy to find though? its taking long enough to find the frame in my size that isnt ten million dollhairs who the **** steals a central air unit?! |

I thought only certain year Campy cranks used the 144 BCD. I have some strada crankarms (not sure if Record, or what) that use a 130 BCD and I have a couple Sugino rings on them right now.

As far as I know, you can get either English or Italian BB cups for the new 2011 Power Torque cranks as well as the 2010 Ultra Torque cranks. I was thinking of doing the same with my Ciocc, but just decided to stick with what I got for now.
|
Dang, guess my recollection was probably wrong on my crankset BCD. I'll have to measure them some time.

i kinda like the idea of some ballin super record cranks and drillium rings now that the seed has been planted but ill see which would be cheaper and easier |
