Today, somehow, a yellow jacket got into my jersey and stung me a couple of times.

Today I did some climbing. I definitely wasn't the fastest, but the legs felt good. I should do more of this.

Uggh,, I hate dealing with craigslist people, guy said he wanted to buy my frame and we agreed on a price then asked where I lived, told him and he said too far so I told him I'd bike out to where he lived. Do that cause I was needing to head out there anyways to pick up some more money, its about 10-12miles and get out there and no reply from the dude. Now I have a bike frame I have to carrh around all day cause I have a bunch of otber stuff I have planned that I wont have time to go and drop it off.

I went to a new coffee place in town. My yerba maté tastes like bacon. Pretty gross.

Order a side order of bacon and you'll be all good.

Bikes: All of them

Maté is great, if it's brewed correctly, but it's easy to mess up -- it's absolutely horrible if brewed like tea with boiling water directly. You have to steep it in just a little bit of luke warm water for 30 seconds or so first, before adding the really hot (not-quite-boiling) water for a few more minutes. I like it best with a bit of honey...mmm.

Today I KOM'd a fun 10% grade my first time ever going up it, exploring new ways back to SF from Pacifica. https://app.strava.com/activities/70570915#1375907000

I always thought it tasted like mud from the bottom of a creek.

Today I got in 110 on the cervelo.
Puts me at 857mi for July.

Also....yeah. Clist buyers suck. My pet peeve is meeting them and then they lowball you.
They make no mention of a lower price during the emails, phone calls/texts....but try to get you lower in person.

I put in 40 miles. Hit one of the worse pot holes if not the worst I ever have. I'm glad I didn't fall, that would have been no fun haha.

Today the wife an I got caught in a sales thing for Nespresso - the americano coffee brewing machine. I had a LONG list of questions, including - is it made in China, are the cups recyclable, do you sell decaf, is the decaf any good, is your decaf made with the swiss water process, etc. The sales lady hit each question perfectly and the only reason we didn't walk out with a unit right there on the spot was because my wife and I could not agree on the colour. Will definitely be back for one.

Today I can barely keep my eyes open despite sleeping hard last night after getting back from bike camping. So. Tired.
