Looking for some wing nuts for use in close quarters racing? Sharpen them puppies up!

Dadi Mozzo A Galletto Antichi RARE Shape Butterfly Front Nuts Solid Hub Axle | eBay

The seller is tullios_quick_release. I don't think I've purchased much (if anything) from him, but I love looking at the stuff he posts. They include all sorts of neat old Italian parts which we never saw in the US, because in the US bikes were toys, but in Europe they were transportation. He's got old lights and newspaper holders, in addition to brands we saw little, if at all.

Intrigued by this one. Never seen an Azuki that looked like it wasn't a very basic bike.

1976 Azuki Elite Japanese Road Bike - Dura Ace, Sugino Mighty Tour, Suntour V-GT

[h=2]1976 Azuki Elite Japanese Road Bike - Dura Ace, Sugino Mighty Tour, Suntour V-GT - $275 (Edgewater / Rogers Park)[/h]

One of the most unusual gems I've come across, a lesser-known Japanese road bike from the '70s, the 15-speed Azuki Elite with Azuki's chrysanthemum head badge. Stunning components complement a double-butted silver/grey 62cm Kuwahara steel frame, with matching stylish yet utilitarian fenders. Dura Ace brake levers and calipers, first generation I believe. Sugino Mighty Tour triple crankset. Suntour V-GT Luxe rear derailleur. Sakae World Champion handlebars. Suntour bar-end shifters. All in very good to excellent condition. A wonderful touring bike with 27" wheels (rear is original Weinmann, front is the only non-original piece of this puzzle, but I had a good Araya match), or of you prefer I have a stellar 700x23c set of wheels which match the style (and the caliper reach) to make this the vintage road bike dream.

I think this is a 88-89 Bianchi Limited. Shame about the tri-bars though. Looks neglected but not abused.

I believe this is a nineties model. Its 59 cm. call with any questions.

This is a nice and very unusual-looking Bottecchia frameset -- I've never seen one like it:

For the life of me, I can't figure out what it says on the seat tube, but it almost looks like a collegiate insignia!

The ad says it is a repaint, and I agree. I have a 1973 bike that looks just like this one. For those who don't know, the Giro D'Italia and the Professional used the same frame set. Given that the HS is Campy, I would suspect it is a Professional as the GDI didn't use Campy components except the BB, maybe. Mine has a Campy BB.

Mine is now stripped down to the frame set with HS and BB and weighs slightly more than 7 lbs.
