https://www.on-one-shop.co.uk/?page_id=59814-16" seat tube frames with 22-23" ETT make me happy. This one has the TT dropped about 3" down from the top of the ST as well for a very deeply sloped looked, which I like. The chainstays are a bit longer than I'd like, but for a first 29er frame, getting shorter and staying in the price range of the On-One frame would have been tough.
Not sure why so many companies still refer to frame sizing so much with the seat tube length, other than habit or tradition.

Not my video, but it shows one of the places I ride (plus some crashes). Get your own music for the first part. If you only have time for one part, I'd go for part 2, but part 1 is still really good. I dont think all of those wood structures are still there but some are.

You know I'm one of those people, so I'll assume you're just busting my balls on this one.
I'd not buy a frame based on ST size along. 16" C-T size frame = 23" ETT on the 29er Inbred frames.

I was just saying that changing the FAQ to say that MTB'ers should buy a bike based on seat tube length doesn't fit everyone's needs. I used to buy based on seat tube length, but now I'm on the ETT thing.
I think both work...it just depends on the type of rider and what they're looking for, I guess. Maybe the less experienced people who really don't know what they want can be blanketed by seat tube size...I dunno. I do know that my '05 Komodo is an 18.5" and has a 23.5" TT and my '98 Komodo is a 19" and has a 22.5" TT. The smaller seat tube'd '05 feels less cramped and more comfy than the '98. I actually have to run a 40mm longer stem on the '98 to get it to feel somewhat right. (odd)
So...no, I'm not busting anyone's sack. Just saying that there are more things to consider.
I guess you can always adjust your stem length/height, bar width/height, and seatpost length, and saddle position to suit your fit.

The reason it needs to is the new sizing standard that Transition and Turner collaborated on forming.

Do you guys get snow that lasts, '66? I hate it when we get these warm ups for a day or two, everything turns to absolute slop. I would much rather have it stay cold from Dec-March and only get warm when it's supposed to.
I'm jealous.

I get 95% constant cold weather. We do get a days here and there that are too warm. During the winter time I prefer it stays colder than 14F (-10C) as any warmer than that and stuff starts melting and the humidity and slush is no fun at all.

No, The freeze thaw is the only drawback to a warmup.......but I'll take it.

I'm a fan of the 2.6" version front and back, or up front with a 2.35" Nevegal in back.

I've been to lazy to swap my old front out back, so for now, I'm running an almost bald CST 2.0 tire. I'm going to switch to some WTB 2.1. Its a front tire, so it'll probably climb purdy crappy.

I believe some pink-pantied roadie got offended and reported it to a like-minded moderator.
