and by then it would have been toast.Call comes in, dispatcher confirms call over station speakers, guys suit up as they hit the truck doors, strap in, take off. They attempt to go a somewhat reasonable, cautious speed so as not to cause more accidents on the way to the scene. They show up, take note of whatever is on fire, and determine the best course of action to take.
All in 10 minutes.

That sounds about right.
I told my Mom that Her car was like a Carbon fiber bike. It just bursts into flames when it gets old. 0.0
She is ok and We put it out before too much damage was done.
I was throwing buckets on it and I couldn't get it up behind the plate so i throw the bucket aside ( empty ) and run to the garage... Flat screwdriver!!!! cant find one!!!!!!!!! I find some flat scraper deal... Come running out throw it on the ground and run for another bucket... smoke is rising. "****!" I grab the next bucket and run back , Flop about half on there and try to get the plate off.... Isnt working ..... It feels spongy so i pull on it, falls half off. " screw it" tear it off! Ok throw the plate on the ground and flopped the rest of the water in there . YES! that works! More water! Unhook the battery !!!
We got it out fast, and i will see about my leg... it has a dull ache in the bottom rear of it...

And everyone knows trainers suck, that's not news. Try rollers, they don't suck quite as much. Take my word for it.
PS Can you give details on your psimet order? I am considering him as well, but still torn between aluminum vs carbon rims.
