Did worse with my swimming today distance wise, but I think I'm breathing better I only threw up in my mouth once today

Lung capacity/efficiency is definitely the hardest part of swimming at the start. Takes me a month or two to overcome that part every year when I start over again after the winter.

Trainers are for losers.

Just spent 90 minutes with 10 other losers riding trainers.

It seems like suffering in a group is easier.

Interesting show on PBS right now about linguists documenting dying languages. I got into it late, but they were figuring out the number system of one dialect.

I'm thinking about riding a bike a couple miles to Santa Con tonight. I'm debating if that will be a good idea or not.
