Okay, I've done as much homebrew as I can for tonight. Cayenne, garlic, ginger, phew.

So... I'm stoked!
I have mastered riding on rollers!!
datlas' (I think it was him?) recommendation of having someone hold me was the ticket. We also moved the rollers so that I could rest elbows on a doorframe instead of smashing my hands on them, and that made a huge difference. After about 10 minutes he stood behind me without touching me just to be there, and then a few minutes later he moved away completely and I just relied on my elbows.
Whee!

Could do.
I might do the D&D ride this Sunday, for sure if I have the Reynolds, only if I'm feeling strong otherwise.
It's fast.
You + Herbie should come.

If it's fast I'll probably get dropped at some point. Haven't been riding for crap since September. Last ride I was on was the one I did with you.

When I found the group again later we sustained high 20s for 5 miles. It was hard. Apparently they always end with a bang.

Yes, yes we do.

Well, oh well. At 45 miles I can handle riding most of it alone if I have to. I'll try to make it. Girlfriend has been commuting to Connecticut for work during the week though, so I don't have as much freedom to sneak out on weekends as I used to.

I'll play it by weather. My ankle thing is still healing and one stupid ride per weekend is enough. If Sunday looks better than Saturday, then yes.

I have to work, but I'll try to make it up there sometime when I have a car.
