Most grocery stores will have it in the produce section. Wash it off before using, but no need to peel it (unless you are using it in a recipe to eat it, but don't peel if just boiling up for tea).

These put muddy buddys to shame: peppermint bark. Crushed up peppermint candies sprinkled on top of white and dark chocolate. Yum.
