Met and chatted with the owner of this jaw-dropping custom painted Pista Concept
The bike felt like it weighed all of 12 lbs.

HA!!
That reminds me of a guy who came into the shop today for some new pedals on his Specialized Allez, he ran to the grocery store while I was installing them and I noticed that his old pedals were only threaded about 3/4 of the way in so I just unscrewed them with my hands.
Then as I was tightening the new pedals I grabbed the rear wheel for some leverage and the whole wheel just popped off! So I realized that the guy just tightened the quick releases as much as he could without closing the lever, the thought of going off a curb and having your front wheel come off is no fun.
When the guy got back I had to teach him how to properly use his quick releases.

Saw some Freedom Haters representing at RFH this morning. Would have made a shot out, but I was in my race skivvies, feeling vulnerable.

Next time say whaddup!
A friend lent me some Zipp 404 tubular rims last summer for my ride across the country. I didn't get a chance to use them, and they are still sitting in my garage. I am thinking of throwing them on my Devinci, are they going to be harder to ride in the city?

That said, I don't ride off curbs and the like, so I'm good on wheels. But I want to try them out, since I cannot imagine spending that kind of money on a wheelset.
