What's instant coffee??

I'm totally cool with trainer miles being logged, and I think that they're harder than actual road miles, but only so far as distance by actual wheel revolutions. Adding all of the elevation, drafting, coasting, etc based on calculations is kinda bunk.

Looks like Herbie is now in the group (or someone else in Texas who is a Serious Cyclist) and averages over 200 miles a week. We have no hope between that and Zwifters.

Wait until he experiences his first Texas summer.

Clinchers or tubulars? Do you think I should start a poll?

The more, the merrier...it seems.

I started drinking instant because it is made from lowland coffee. I'm always disappointed in the small selection and high price when NOB.

Also, this reminds me of Underappreciated Cycling Tip #32: when riding, and especially when wearing gloves, it's much easier to peel bananas like a monkey.

You mean peel from the end opposite the stem (which is really the top, the end with the stem is really the bottom although we usually call it the top)?

What is lowland coffee, and why is it more desirable? Do you mean Robusta with a higher caffeine content vs. Arabica?

Are you saying bananas grow pointing upward from the stem? Heresy!

Yes, higher caffein and much lower acidic reaction in the gut. In fact none, in my case.

Yes they do. Have you not seen a banana plant before?

Sister's appointment was 5:45. It's now 7:05, still waiting. Stupid doctors.

WhyFi order in the rankings has been restored, I dislodged our resident zwifter by a few miles.

Yes and no. Plenty of banana plants in Louisiana and Texas. Unfortunately no bananas. Too cold. In a cold spell, they are the first of the tropical plants to suffer.

Stupid for working that late for sure.

Seriously, best of luck.

I don't really care about "elevation" on rides, but does anyone understand why elevation on a ride varies so much depending on the device used? For example on today's ride my iPhone App Strava gave 4349 feet, while another rider's Garmin gave him 5807, two others had 5653 and one had 4806. We did the same exact ride.

Any ideas? Should I start a thread?

Once i'ts harvested and hung up, the stem end is on top. And the bananas on the bottom ripen first.
