@seedsbelize this may be more your speed. The shop I ride for had a charity auction with some hand-painted frames a year or two ago, here are a couple of them-

I was on my phone the last time I responded. I couldn't really see. I'm on my computer now, and I see threadless stems on both of them. That's a negative.

Time to talk to myself again, while I wait for Vol to make an appearance.

Sad state of affairs. ¡Qué lástima!

Heathpack 05-11-17 07:00 PM

I had a terrible day- death, emotional blackmail, unexpected complication, unrelenting grief, downgraded prognosis and the like.

On the bright side, I hear from Mr H that my tires finally arrived.

Bummer about the bad. Glad about the tires.

The clicking noise is (almost) gone. :)

Sorry HP. That emotional blackmail can be nasty stuff. Wishing you well.

don't offer her the choice between a puppy and a bike. a non-cyclist will choose the puppy. so would about half the cyclists. :innocent:

I'd take the pup.

Heathpack 05-11-17 08:03 PM

The puppy candidate is coming by Sat afternoon for a social visit. To make sure the doglet is ok with puppy and vice versa.

That's a crummy day.

But tires are good.

I git Tires too. For dirt.
19 bucks each. I expect a lot of bang.

But I'm too tired to work in bikes tonight.

Excuse the giant image. Imgur fails in phone posts.

Rode the TT bike on a local group ride this evening. The ride has a sprint zone at the end that people like to go for on Strava. A few weeks ago I lead out my team mate to take a long standing Strava KOM there.... tonight I lead out a guy I'm going to do a TTT with and he got it.

My team loyalty is fleeting.

Woohoo. Thinking about putting my Kwicks back on the Lemond. And SPDs on the Bridgestone. Might go BMX flats on the Bridgestone for big upcoming ride... Things to ponder.

My meeting went as well as expected for a planning meeting where you're not allowed to talk. ITAR is some seriously silly crap. It seems the Air Force has a legacy role in this project, which kind of explains some of this.
