Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

First day of 2021? Or 367th day of 2020?

Discuss.

We're under an ice storm/sleet storm/snow storm warning at the moment. Assuming the weather-guesser is right, there will be no New Year' Day's ride at chez Trsnrtr unless it's on the Kickr.

I have a cheap Lezyne head unit which does everything I could want with GPS, power, and HR. Even displays texts from my family to amuse me on long rides.

Sausage and saurkraut for good luck meal today. Since it worked out so well last year. SMFH.

At least I have the quality posts of Velo Vol to keep me inspired.

Velo Vol at some point last year i asked if you had a cook out fast food joint near you and you responded in the negative. There is one on N. Cedar Bluff Road not too far from the Chipotle. Unfortunately it does not cater to vegetable eating mice.

which lezyne? How long does the battery last? Have you had any issues with it connecting or did you have to do anything weird to get it to connect?
