I went out into the world today, without my glasses. And i don't have them on now, with the phone imy hand. ![happy b-day](https://www.bikeforums.net/images/smilies/bday.gif)
We had friends over for lunch. One of them brought birthday presents from Costco. For me a complete four layer chocolate cake, and for my wife, six large carrot cake cupcakes.
This woman has had the stomach bypass surgery and clearly has forgotten what it's like. We split a cupcake, and I had a small slice of cake, before wrapping it all up and putting it in the freezer. I guess I'm gonna have to pick it up a bit on the riding.
Oh, and a big jar of roasted cashews to split. The cookies have yet to make it to the freezer, but will make their way there before nightfall.

I got another lab report, this morning, and my triglycerides are down to 42. How low is too low?

Wow, c.o.r.n.h.o.l.e has reached “sport” status, I never thought of it like so. To me it was a beer drinking game, much like bowling, you get better after drinking a couple. ![lol](https://www.bikeforums.net/images/smilies/lol.gif)
But somehow it seemed to have even lower status than bowling.
EDIT : Case in point, see, it’s in filter status.

BTW, I can't remember if I mentioned this the other day, but I was looking at US News and World Report's "Best Places To Retire In 2023" the other day. #1 was Lancaster - I'd seen that other places. But #3 was Harrisburg, and #5 was York. Also in the top 10 - Reading and Allentown. Also Youngstown OH. YOUNGSTOWN!
I suspect shenanigans.

In other PA news, AG got reached out to by a recruiter for a super-secret startup "somewhere in eastern PA, we can tell you it's about 90 minutes from NY". Referred by a coworker at her previous place, whom they are also keeping anonymous because he's still in the interview process. Would require moving there, but crazy promotion. Also pay cut and crazy startup life, but possible big rewards. No idea if anything will come of it, but was interesting to hear happened.

Possibly. There was a small uptick in US births in 2021, but the preliminary 2022 numbers resume the long-term decline in the US birth rate.

Do recall that the Baby Boom was called such because it was higher than previous normal, of course. Birth rates had been declining steadily for a long time prior. The current decline is just back on trend. That chart is misleading crap.
