Anyone got any tips for an uphill TT? We've got one on tomorrow. 6.8km 5% (average) gradient. It's a pretty popular hill, I've ridden it quite a few times, and I know I'm pretty ****e on it. The only real plan I have is to go out a bit easier than I usually do and not blow up 3/4 of the way up. |
Got a HRM?
