See McGrory, could not compete on the road sprints, and Kersten this year after chaning his program a little struggled to even take out sprints in the Tour of the Murray Region. He lost a crit or a short ish 60km stage to Matt Goss or MAtt Rex. One of the MAtts. They are quick, but imagine them in a match sprint. So French would need to be a very talented endurance athlete also. MArty Nothstein tried to cross over, nd he struggled to contest sprints with Navigsators in the US dometic circtuir after getting down to about 80 kgs for 6 foot. He might, but even Graeme Brown is struggling with the strength aspect, and the road sprints require a few sprints in the last 4 km to position yourself before the last 300 metres. So a 4 km pursuiter with a decent kick might be better prepared than a match sprinter with a kick of a mule. |

531Aussie - some dude is selling a Cervelo Prodigy in Melbourne on ebay. And no, I have no idea who it is :) If I did I'd tell ya!

thanks. Oooh, my size, too!!
It's a 2001 model. The cranks have obviously done a lot of work, and those silver CXP30s are worth NOTHING these days. $1550: do ya reckon he's dreamin'? :) http://www.cervelo.com/imgs/prodigy-2001-bg.png Prodigy (2001) http://www.cervelo.com/content.aspx?...ontinuedModels |

Well, we arrived. There is much snow, and the grass crunches under our feet. Nice place though. I think we'll spend a few days exploring. Photos on their way...

My mate pulled a womens cycling team together at the last minute, managed to get them in the Geelong women race. He got some good girls in there.
The now Mrs H Brown scored 4th yesterday 1 Rochelle Gilmore (Aus) SAFI - Pasta Zara Manhattan 2 Ina Teutenberg (Ger) T-Mobile 3 Oenone Wood (Aus) Equipe Nürnberger Versicherung 4 Hayley Brown (Aus) Chase Sydney - Smart - Mercedes Benz Not bad. He had around a 6-7 weeks to make it happen. Good stuff. |
Cadel looking good in Cali Tour after the first hilly stage. :)

He was on track to possibly win the prologue too but crashed in the last 150m. |

Gack, looks like I'm in for a caning in the ITT in 5 weeks time
2005 results: 1. BARNARD, Peter WC 2. STOKER, Geoff WC 3. LAW, Grant WC They say there's a pot of gold under every rainbow, but I'll be farked if I can get under three of them!! Maybe the extra 250m will take some of the sting outta their legs. At least Popplewell has gone up to MMAS4. |

Biopsy results: BENIGN!!! :) WOOP BLOODY EEEEEEEEEE.......................... Celebrated with a lobster dinner at the lakes :) :) :) :)
Ok so I'm prepping for the Nats so off to Penrith thisarvo to see what improvements I've made since Lancefield 2005 and what I need to do to be competitive. Did the 20k (20.24) 2day in 33'8" (on The Malvern Star). Did Lancefield (22K) in 45'48". Winning time, 33'46". My equivalent for 22k: 36'87". Got some work to do but it don't look hopeless at least. Laughin'. When's 'The Tour' this year?? :D |
What freakin' biopsy? Glad everything is ok Berny.
You'll be worring about indigestion after that lobster.... :p |
