heres a link to expats new town http://maps.google.com/
if it doesnt work (which I suspect it wont) type 84003 into the search box, then click the hybrid view.

As you can see there is a lake and quite a few hills just out of town

Wot about you? States + Nats in both in Sydney within the space of a month. Nat RR up central coast way. You couldn't miss it, could you?

I'm not sure about track. I might be persuaded by some of our guys but, yes I think I have to do the road race, time trial at Penrith and the crit at DGV. Like you I'll be in the top 10,000 but WTF, at least I'm in it and not in a bloody hospital with tubes hangin out me everywhere, not yet anyway. Had a fine needle biopsy on my thyroid this morning. Get the results wensdy :(

Who won the prime at Lansdowne yestady in 'D' grade**********? :D

There are bulk entry events for the Nats on the CNSW entry system. Save about $10 on the three road events package ($95 instead of $105?)

You let a doctor near you with a sharp or pointy thing? That's just asking for trouble. Hope all is good when the results come in.

Well done on picking up the prime, too.

Thanks.
Yep, I wasn't happy about it but I think it had to be done and I did a lot of research before making the final decision.
The race yesty was bazaar. With about 2 laps to go we heard a whistle which I was sure was for 'E' grade in front of us. Next lap, some break-away 'E' graders were on the front of us again and got the bell. There was confusion in our grade and a sprint ensued which I and most of the group missed. I was flabigastered and pi$$ed off but strange things do happen and so I, along with all but two riders, quit thinking the race was over,. However two of the guys kept going, got the whistle next time around, then the bell and got first and second, no other places were contested cause the rest of us were all spectators.
Lesson No. 2,658,989; The race aint over till it's fargn over. :o

Les Murray is a bit of a pantsman, he likes his girls Dutch.

http://www20.sbs.com.au/sport/media/...les_murray.jpg

first it was Mieke "I have better calves than 95% of Protour riders" Buchan, some thought her harsh bone structure made her look like a transvestite, but I thought she was blessed with the extra testosterone for the best ever set of female's calves outside an olympics athletics meet.

next came Stefanie Brantz, the mother with no ankles, but a dutch girl next door look.

Personally, give me Tomalaris.

Wow, you've got a couple of nice looking lakes nearby. You might have to buy a sailboat (preferably a catamaran :p )

classic1 02-20-06 01:39 AM

Give me Stephanie Brantz over Mieke any day of the week. How come they always played that 'Crying Game' song when Mieke was hosting? ;)

I also liked the mediterranian looking one as well, the woman that is no longer on World Sports. What was her name?

BTW, I wouldn't know what a trannie looks like, I'm from the country! You big city people and your strange ways, I dunno!! :p

Liz Deep, and married Liz Deep Jones, do you have a Jonesing for going Liz Deep classic1?

And classic1, the extra testosterone that provided her with the bone structure went into her calves aka COWS not a schloeng. I think you have calves envy, I wonder what Freud would have to say about that?

classic1 02-20-06 04:20 AM

This is all too (Liz) Deep (-Jones) for me.

right rear. smashed one this morning. Their surprisingly strong, but my 105 lever poked a triangular section out. I guess I was lucky to have hit the lights and not the bodywork. panel beaters are exxy.

climbo 02-20-06 03:45 PM

wait on... you smashed in to a car and broke it on your bike ? - LOL !! was it moving at the time?

jock 02-20-06 03:46 PM

Apparently not. I was tho, and so was the loose fitting blouse on that gorgeous girl at the bust top... err... bus stop :D

climbo 02-20-06 03:51 PM

anyone have the calcs or an excel file to give pursuit type time splits and speed/RPM on the track? I need it to be variable for different length tracks etc.

jock 02-20-06 04:00 PM

Check your bigpond account. I got the splits calculator from worbs and it seems ok. I think it uses steady state splits.

[edit] ignore the inch gear ratios in the ratios spreadsheet, they're all wrong

If it's not a late model you could try the auto wreckers. Otherwise a nite cruise thru the burbs with a phillips should produce results. :D

Bloody norah, looks like Mr Phillips is going to be the option there. Every wrecker just sez 'Nup' and hangs up when I mention Sportage. :(

have you guys talked about French's 200m time being 'corrected' for the conditions?

It's been increased to about 10.6s (I can't remember exactly) so they can exclude him from the team if they want, even though he rode faster than Kisten and the other dude

He should leave and race for another country (a la Gilmore). He's gonna cop crap like that for the rest of his career now.
