If you don't know what that is check out any A9X or SLR5000 that's still on the road.
120L from memory.

Check out the ultra-weird Yamaguchi frame on https://www.bikeforums.net/singlespeed-fixed-gear/210035-interesting-rim.html
So weird it's cool, but bags not riding it for any great length of time.

AND
I
AM
THE
HAPPIEST
CONVICT
IN
THE
WORLD.
So is an iPod shuffle a decent gift for a 12 year old?
After getting a quote for $2500 for the essentials this morning, I chucked a saddie and slunk home to my deathcouch, but managed to drag myself out this evening for a coupla hours of laps at Centennial. Remember the phone vibrating at one point and then forgot about it.
Best voicemail I've ever heard.
The world IS an amazing place.

Generalising: Best training time is between 2:00am and 5:00am. However I always try to avoid those times on Sat and Sun morning to avoid the serious drunks onthe road. There are still the odd one or two after 5:00am, but not enough to worry.

Answer a dumb noob question for me. Some of these Tour teams like T-Mobile who lost a couple of dudes to the controversy before the start. So they are riding 2 men short. But they have a lot more riders in their employ than just the ones riding. So what I'm wondering is, when 2 of them were thrown out why not just bring in another couple of dudes? Sure they might not be prepared for the tour, but sure they could get a little bit of donkey work out of them to help out on the first week at least. Surely better than not having them there.
