HOT, but that is some serious drop on those bars!!

I REALLY want some Zipp Vuka Sprint bars on this bike. Probably the best looking handlebar I've seen and it has a shallower drop.

Btw - on a side note if you google Zipp Vuka Sprint and then click on images Soloist Assasin's avatar pic is on the first page for some reason, lol.

Btw - I was having a local bike shop check something on my bike on my way home the other day. A guy I didn't know came in to pick up his bike. He saw the S-Works in the stand and started staring. Then he goes 'hey, I know that bike!'

You know you might be posting too many pics of your bike online when.... :)

adriano 09-28-11 09:12 AM

keep clicking on it so it will be the number one hit.

Have since upgraded to full 7900 and speedplay zeros, but no photos of it in its current state :(

And my old bike (since given to my dad after getting the Scott):

My Calfee retro fitted internal wired Di2 Cervelo R3

Would be hot if it was not ruined by the Chitmano stuff on it!

Lol, so Shimano automatically disqualifies it from being hot? F-U-N-N-Y

the crankset does...

X-LinkedRider 10-01-11 10:40 AM

I can understand that based on looks alone, but that is not what he is saying. Basically all of the Shimano stuff. Lol

and correct again

it is still alright, but the Chitmano, is killing it.

thirdgenbird 10-01-11 08:07 PM

from a purely aesthetic standpoint i think bikes equipped with anything from shimanos current lineup is at a disadvantage. it has been a number of years since shimano has produced a genuinely pretty group.

i wouldnt call sram groups pretty, but they at least have a clean and simple lines that dont distract from the overall build.

campagnolo has some very pretty parts but as a whole i think there groups have slipped from a visual standpoint. i think the last year of record 10 was a great balance of traditional and modern styling.
