Are you part of the problem or part of the solution?

We got a new Weber grill. The old one was 14 years old and didn't owe us anything.

Matches the deck furniture.

Going to Unckie Don's house, we'll hook up with the Nyack Ride and then ride back, that will be 60 miles and some hammering in the hot weather. Hell, it's 6AM here and it's 68º already.

Nice Grill. You need to get a Carbon Fiber one though.

I thought Cav was doing really bad this year. Esp compared to last year.

Pcad is almost ready for doomstock. Is there anything else you need pcad?

Also

Mike, Midget, and pcadette how did you score on the SATs? (do they have them on computer with the immediate score yet?) What were you shooting for?

I'm not certain how fast I'll receive them - I took it yesterday, so I'll probably receive something in July (that's how it was for my PSAT scores) I'm shooting for at least a 1600. That's all I need to get into Rice, who is the most choosy of conservatories that I'm looking at.

You poor, poor soul. I loved that disclaimer we had to write in cursive...

Dude, tell me about it! I don't know how to write in cursive! Not many did, except the private school kids who came to my school to take it. It literally took me over 4 minutes.

I also don't remember cursive Gs and Fs, so those are just funny squiggly lines.

I only got a 1970 on the SAT, but got a 32 on the ACT.

"Only."

Pft.

heckler 05-02-10 08:09 AM

You will need to translate the New SAt scores to Old ones for the older folk here Though the 32 ACT sounds awesome! not sure what the heck a 1970 is...is it out of 2400? is the new writing an additional 800 point section?

Midget. I forgot you were a violin master...your test are almost as much a formality as they are for D1 football players. (assuming you are good)

and sorry I forgot mzeffex. Where were you lokking to go mike?

heckler 05-02-10 08:11 AM

my new bike is sitting 25 min away since yesterday. Damn UPS not delivering on sunday. I can't go pick it up either.

Be prepare for some BMC action in here soon.

Just this "I will not cheat, I will not blah bah" part - then you have to sign and date, yada yada yada.

heckler 05-02-10 09:05 AM

midgetmaestro 05-02-10 09:37 AM

Real men use charcoal. :D

On the Nyack Ride today we had Roger Aspholm and his Finnkraft boys, and an actual pro from Rock Racing. It was pretty fast. Me and Unckie Don peeled off after the Col Du Blue Hill and slogged back to Wyckoff. 55 miles in the heat. Good workout.
