MY problem is if I stick with Verizon and get a droid phone I'm stuck with it for 2 years, during which time Verizon will surely pick up the iphone deal.
And NO, makes no sense to me to switch from the best network to an inferior one just to get the iphone.

My wife wants an iPad for her b-day. Given her tolerence for my swag addiction, I must now buy one. Is there anything I should know? Do they all come with 3G now? Will there be a 4G iPad soon?

so i got shelled on this mornings ride and felt ****ty about it because the first half felt easy then i got dropped on the second half. turns out the first half felt easy because we had a tail wind and the sectioned averaged 26.2 mph. we turned around into a head wind and i got shelled in 6 minutes. those 6 minutes had a 29.2 average. I think the best thing I ever did was turn off the speed display on the garmin and only check it when i get home. if i had seen those speeds i would've been shelled much sooner.

it's shiny. it has the hd camera which i like, the 5 mp camera which is a bit better, the high resolution retina display and i like the new form factor. but to be honest, i'm an apple fan boy and it was a free upgrade after selling my old iphone for more than this one will cost me. i just wanted the shiny new toy.

I'm a small businessman (micro, really) too. Had about a year of half revenue a couple of years ago -- that sucked. Hang in there!

Florida average ride speeds are fast. Here it's too hilly. Flat 50 miler today. 4000 ft of vertical. Such is life atop Mt. Doom.

yea, the flat speeds here are pretty crazy. I'm heading up to NC in a few hours, I'll finally get to see what this climbing stuff is all about.

That Addict felt friggin great this AM. I like the fit better than the Cervelo. I have to put those bikes together and try to figure out why that is. But the Scott fit is slightly more comfortable. Man that bike climbs good.

lol @ 4000 ft being flat. thats a week of bridge repeats for me. The other thing is, todays ride is the slow ride. I wish I could last for more than 5 miles on the fast ride to have an accurate feel of what it's like.
