Probably is kinda a stong word, it sort of implied that most (>50%) of them break...I know many 6 series riders and know of none with steerer tube failures.

At least it was a teen. Clearly not the brightest porch light on the block, considering the all-seeing-all-knowing presence of her Dad around here, but a teen nonetheless.
