I know a guy who knows a chick who knows this dude in china.....
I also have a confession.
I bought a pair of these
The comfy-ness outweighs the shame.

Apparently I have a slow leak in my front tire. I inflated it midday and by evening it was soft.
I rode anyway, though not very far from the starting place.
It slowed me down. In that respect it was like a Pcad Appreciation Ride.

I just got off the Phone,
I'm moving up in the World , I have a new Sponsor. They say im Consistent . ( but i need to work on my descents ) Thats what i like to hear. Now i get Cheap bike labor ( 50-75% off - If not free , But depends on the thing getting done. ) I got one HECK of a discount in the LBS too! ( 20-25% off list ) . No $$$ for entry Fee's though.
Now i need just one more sponsor.... HMMM , I think i know another owner of a shop here in town, If they will pitch in i'll be back to the racing.

Plus, lots of people race w/o any sponsors or team affiliation. Just get out there and race.

You know you're tired when your HR drops to 57 bpm when you're on the bike descending a hill.

My average heart rate tends to be +-170 on a good ride. How's it feel to be old?

I'm going for a ride anyway. Might be short (20 miles or so) but better than nothing. I barely rode yesterday.

What's really strange is that until you are death camp skinny, you still look fat in lycra. When you're like 10 lbs underweight, you look normal in bike clothes, otherwise you look chubby.
God help me this sport is totally effed.
