I got yelled at today. A lot. I was riding with a couple of road nazis on their "recovery ride". They took it in turns to yell at me up the climbs. Was it motivating? Yes, but my legs hurt.

Ever since I got my computer the other day, I find myself staring at it during the ride. I hate that.
Anyway, it's interesting comparing the road nazi stats to mine. Apart from a 2 minute difference in ride time (waiting for me on top of a couple of the tougher hills) the rest of it was remarkably similar. The heart rate profile and average shows he was putting in a decent amount of effort. I guess what i heardd is true that climbing is not easier for stronger riders; it just takes less time.

you anorexics should know I'm going to go to an all you can eat sushi buffet tonight. In preparation, I have eaten nothing since my ride except a watermelon milkshake and a lettuce salad. I'm starving and I intend on putting them out of business.

Assuming his elderly self can recover, I predict Pcad will do something notable next weekend on one of his group rides / races. Doing 7k of climbing and over a hundred miles has a way of making that happen.
