Addiction I

So I'm on the NY Thruway on my motorcycle the other day, I-87, just north of Suffern, coming back from NY City at about 1PM. I'm in the right lane, and I'm enjoying the scenery, doing about 65-70 mph, when suddenly, there's an SUV passing me on the right in the same lane I'm riding in. That's never happened to me before. I was astonished. I had drifted a bit to the outside of the lane, but come on, I was IN that right lane.
I accelerated and caught up with this utter ahole and gave him a wtf look. I got no response.
For the rest of the trip I hammered up the left lane @ 85 mph+. I figured it was safer.
Some of these people really need to be off the friggin road. Seriously.

I used to use a very powerful magnet on my CF bike, but got tired of pulling all the steels along.

No, I believe that if you ride a bicycle or motorcycle and you get killed, society believes you deserve whatever happens to you. I'm just amazed anyone would drive in such a life-threatening manner, but it happens. Idiots. Absolute friggin imbeciles.

Razor doesn't annoy me at all. Given the choice of his personality or the 33's autistic slant, I will take Razor any day.

I can't wait till 'cross season. I'll be racing my soon to be owned Specialized Crux. I'll be sure to start a thread about it. Maybe I'll even start a thread about a mysterious thing I will be purchasing first.

Back from NYC.
Fredliest place in the world. Saw 4 Cannondale Supersix HiMods.
1 was being walked down the sidewalk.
Another was being riden by a guy in a Spongebob jersey.
Yet another was being ridden by a guy wearing a full radioshack kit.
Another was ridden on the sidewalk by 250pound dude.
Went to R & A cycles in Brooklyn
. Best bike shop I've ever been too. They have a Litespeed Archon with lightweights in their front store window. All the bikes there are over $4000. They had Pinarello Dogma frames hanging from the cielings. They had lightweights and Zipp 808's hanging too. Had a cervelo R3 SL, S2, S3, P4. Every expensive bike you could think of including colnagos.
Twas in heaven.
