I am going to go ride with a group in the am 50 miles. Hope I dont do anything dumb. They were kind of vague on the speed question, cripes I hope I have my good legs tomorrow.

I think I may just eat peanut butter and jelly sammiches for breakfast every day. Don't know if they helped on the 200K today, but I felt pretty good, for some reason. I blame them.
