Her actions come from a belief that she is above it all. Laws mean nothing to her because they dont apply to her. When she can get away with whatever she wants where is the down side to her actions. The media has even made it a positive experience for her due to the free exposure she gets whenever she frocksup. Here's the answer, hit her where it counts for her the most. The wallet. Nope no jail time honey, but you do have to pay a $100,000 in fines, or you will go to jail. A couple of those I bet she starts flying right.

It seems to me that you don't know any hard-core addicts. The only difference is this one is rich and famous. The poor and unknown act the same way. You can take away all of their money and their freedom and it won't necessarily change their behavior in the long-run. They have to make that journey themselves.

She wont change until she has to. She has to make that decision for herself. But in the mean time why should taxes pay for all her screw ups. If you make it painful for her to continue her behavior then she will at least have to look at what she is doing. Threats of jail are a joke, she knows she isn't going to any frigging jail, at worst it will be a country club with a 12' fence.
All this stuff does is enable her behavior. I dont even blame her for her actions. This is how she was raised, by her parents and by society. Its positive reinforcement. I get arrested, I go to court, I get even more famous. Wheres the downside?
