Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Did you attach the carbon mast that fell off to your bicycle? I think that's cheating.

had an evening ride today and for the first time, it didn't suck. It might have something to do with the fact I'm on a diet that doesn't consist of pizza, hot dogs and mcflurries or maybe that my day was frustrating and I took it out on the bike. either way, i needed that ride. Also passed the 4000 mile mark today for 2010.

I like it a lot. It is going to be really useful for next season (racing is almost done for me this season). I need to finish the rest of my tests (15s, 1min, 5min) so I can see where I'm lacking and what I need to work on for next season. I think it is also going to be useful for winter riding so I don't go too easy or too hard.
