I can't take this place. Time for a 50 mile tempo ride to blow out the cobwebs. Then back to my desk to start wading through the stack of new work generated by the Stimulus Package. Thank God for President Obama and Speaker Pelosi.

The difference between this drivel filled thread and a 33 drivel filled thread is that denizens of the latter seem to labor under the delusion that their stupid hobby has some gravitas to people outside of their tiny deluded clique. Let's just hope Kornheiser doesn't flatten them on their next training ride.

I just came up it on the S2 with the PM, trying to go as easy as I could, but it is not possible to climb the steeper grades without putting out 350-400 watts, even going easy in the 39 x 25. At least it's only a couple of hundred meters of that.
Really nice ride today. Man that S2 with the Zipp 404 clinchers feels great. A little heavier (with the Ptap and the heavier Zipps that bike goes from 15.2 lbs to more like 16.5), but it's so solid. Feels like you could ride that bike 80mph and smoke a doobie.
I'll have to try that. Note to Mods: don't move this over to the MTB Forum, I'll stop.

If you Freds let this thread slip to page two again, I will have no choice but to take it over by myself.
You don't want to go there.
