Jt, thanks for the reminder on those stickers dude. I told myself to get rid of them and didn';t realize I had forgotten until I saw the photo. I took off all the other frame stickers and anything else and freakin' forgot those little ugly red blobs. I'll get right on it.

Question for you all...I just picked up a CAAD10-3 from Craigslist with a fork that had the stem cut way too short. I was thinking of just picking up a new fork, any thoughts? Should I pick up an ebay cannondale fork or should I take this opportunity to upgrade?

For some reason, the person I bought it from for some reason thought he was a racer by cutting down the stem way down and ordering a bar way too wide.

Any other thoughts on good reliable compact roadbars?

Was it naughty on the way home? Is that why you have it sitting with its nose in the corner?

I like the black/raw colorway. Pretty hot :)

Other brand/types of forks will work, depending on the taper, but the C'Dale fork has specific geometry built in to it so it works with the bike's overall geometry and nature. The drops' offset, for example, is unique and important in what makes a CAAD handle and feel the way it does. Do what you find the best for you and your budget, I have seen CAAD forks on eBay frequently, not to pricey, just do a watch for them.

You don't have to buy a new fork. Just flip the stem to the +6°. This will raise your bars and it will be like you have 20mm of spacers and -6° on the stem.

Narrower handlebars might be the only thing you'll have to buy.

Someone on here has one w/a whiskey fork. Can't remember who it is. Not sure if you will be able to find whatever color way you have though.

That's what I was thinking but maybe it's just a small frame??

I'm guessing it's standard cranks w/12-23 cassette. Which for us flatlanders is a pretty good setup.

Thanks for this. I think i'm gonna just do this, but I wanted to upload a picture of this. It seems that the headset top race is a supersix, any other anomalies that you see that may need to be adjusted?

It seems that the guy cut his stem so much that he used only 1 5mm spacer on top and another 5mm spacer on bottom. This seems odd compared to most people right?

Thanks for this. I saw this and they do have a fork that goes well. But was hoping not to spend another $275. If I am gonna spend that, might as well get a upgraded fork or stay with cannondale since it's design with the fork in mind.

It seems you bought a Supersix and it uses a different fork than the CAAD10! Only EVO's and CAAD10 share the same fork design.

And the stem is already on the +6° side!

Interesting color scheme. I really like it except for the "incycle" logo. The hollow "10" logos are great looking.

Makes mine look fairly 'run of the mill' KRhea - fantastic build. I will be putting green cable outers on when I replace mine, that is for certain!

I recently upgraded my wheelset to some (secondhand but well cared for) Fulcrum R1s and fitted the SL-K carbon seatpost I had sitting in the shed.

I agree with you on that, not a fan of the "incycle" but i like the color of the bike and got a good deal. I think I need a new fork though, as the person who cut it before for some reason didn't leave it.

These are the 2012 Mavic Ksyrium SL's .They changed the wheel set for 2013 from what i've seen.
