Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Had a bo peep, couldn't be stuffed responding. Those with intelligence have already clarified my position within the thread, although I kinda liked Maj Taylors diatribe. Always pushing buttons, I like his style.

...those kiwi's out yet?......i reckon we should have 'handicap cricket'.....p'raps they could bat 3 times & we have to open the bowling with Lehman & Gilly.....Mcgrath could open the batting, (***** that wouldn't work, he'd rack up his 1st ton!)

Its sometimes hard to tell whether that's the case or he's just bunging it on to see who takes the bait. But then he lets you down when you read one of the technical posts and they're just so fargin holier than thou

From: Between the mountains and the lake.

Bikes: 8 bikes - one for each day of the week!

For what it's worth, I'm sure Pilates would be beneficial to cyclists, but I didn't see that in anyone's arguments. And I hate to sound ignorant, but who wants to be the first to tell me what a "Seppo" is?
