Haven't seen any posts on this year's tour. How did yours go? I went with three buddies and we had a blast. Really nice route this year and it was just challenging enough as to not make it a bear....

Well, I just go some Easton Equipe 90 26.0 bars. You can use the cables if you have campy to shape the top bar into a flat top once the tape is on. Seemed to work well for me.

I did it from Austin, and yes, 60 miles in the rain. The first 30-40 it poured. I wasn't having much fun, but after about mile 55 it got better and I'm glad I rode/finished.
