Hoping to use it mounted horizontally on the back of the helmet.
I know a guy who rides home from work at night. He needs a light and so I might give him this. Not a big deal. I enjoy helping people and he rides his bike to feed his family so can use it more than I can.

Just ordered bits for a new gravel front wheel for the tandem:
Velocity Blunt 35 rim, 650b
DT Swiss Onyx Disc hub
36 Sapim Force spokes with brass nipples
Now the question is: which tire? Anything in the 50 to 56mm (27.5 x 2.0 to 2.2) range is fair game.

150 miles or so on the new bike confirms my suspicions that I'll need to tweak the fit, so I ordered:
zero-setback carbon post from Niner (<60 bucks on ebay) -
130mm 3T Arx II stem (closeout on CC for ~40 bucks) -

Fun day at the shop, 75% off a bunch of stuff
Some Bontrager rain pants for commuting
A pair of 45NRTH Xerxes studded tires in 700x30c, also for commuting
Some DeFeet socks (because for $3, why not)
And a 'cross bike! Foundry Valmont. Put a bottle cage and pedals on it, haven't yet had the chance to dial in the fit. Just couldn't pass up a fantastic deal

A couple of Foundry bikes and 45nrth gear - are you in MN, too, or just a QBP groupie?
Cool stuff!

My year old Sugoi RS Pro bibs are starting to lose threading on the chamois (both pair). That, and despite everything I've tried, they picked up a mildew smell I can't get rid of (machine wash, hand wash, hang dry, even dried them in the dryer. I'm almost ready to try a little bleach). Time for new bibs.
My team just switched to Pearl Izumi, but won't deliver until next year, so ordered a pair of Elite Pursuit bibs to see how I like them. At a little less than half retail it's not a huge investment. I'm also going to try the Pro bibs as soon as I find a good deal, since I'm considering ordering two team kits in that variant.

I have 2 pair of the same. My first pair lasted 4 years, about 10,000 miles. Yes, some of the threads did come loose and i had them sewn up a few times. Finally the seam on my but opened and the chamois saved me for the ride home. My second pair has about 5000 miles, from this year, and they're holding up.
Banned.
Shimano 105 pedals, a speaker for throwing in my pocket to listen to music (yes, I'm that guy), a new Giro helmet, and a new rain jacket. The dog, is not new

I bought a Bontrager stem from China on eBay. As soon as I opened up box, I realized it was a fake. I attached to fork and realized it was an unsafe fake. Oh well.

I bought a 26" inner tube. You'd think that would be easy, but I asked for a road bike sized tube, and the guy at the counter starts telling me they come in all sizes. So I told him I'm using a Gatorskin, which in 26" size only comes in one width, 25, but no, he says that there a different sizes. He finally looks it up, and sees that 26" gatorskins are only one size, and they take the narrowest tubes. 1.0, 1.2 1.5, he starts looking them up. Ultimately he goes to the back to get it, and only had one in stock 26x1.1 - 1.5. Which is all I wanted in the first place. He further tells me that they only had Michelin because they are the only ones that make that size, and when I think about it, that's all I ever end up getting at the other shops.
So why tell this story? It took so long to get this one damn tube, that I ended up getting a parking ticket! What I thought would be a 2 minute stop took 15. Argghhh.

New MAAP Squares Jersey has the new design with cut and sleeve length. VERY stretchy which is awesome for contouring your body shape while not being restrictive. Dont think I've ever had a jersey fit me this perfectly!
Also picked up their BASE long sleeve jersey. Perfectly matched with their older navy vest. Hard to believe they weren't made for each other!

I got these couple years ago and hated them. Hated then so much that I simply threw them out. Worse pair of cycling gloves I ever owned. They dont breath, not watherproof, the padding is in all the wrong places, too hot in warm weather, too cold for colder.
Hope these work our better for you.

I ordered these bibs, just because I liked the color -
Camo Cycling Jersey & Bibs : Cycling Jerseys | State Bicycle Co.
I just got them Saturday, tried them on yesterday for size, which was fine, and I was really impressed with the feel of the padding and the overall comfort. Haven't had a chance to ride in them yet, hopefully tomorrow morning.
