If you haven't already, you'll have to contact UPS and talk to their tracing department. They're the ones who investigate lost packages.
I'm not how insurance plays into this, but they're supposed to cover the cost of a lost package and reimburse the shipper for the value of the merchandise. Then the shipper (IRO in this case) is responsible for sending out another package.
The process usually works out pretty smoothly when it comes to off-the-shelf products, but a built bicycle is a different story (espically for the GB frame which is generally irreplacable).
Just make sure to call UPS and speak to their tracing department and Tony. I really hope they find it though, it'll make it alot easier for all parties involved...

That sucks dude. Hope things work out! My frame is currently sitting at my LBS. I actually don't have a single part ready for it. Too many bike projects, not enough money.

This is entirely speculative, but Tony said he ordered some 500 frames, but I remember him stating that there were something like 450 orders. Perhaps he ordered the extra frames for just such a circumstance, in case some were lost of damaged in shipping and needed to be replaced.

Founded by two canadian brothers i believe which is how they got the name.
I just have my location like that to confuse people.

Well I finally have my frame back from the LBS with the headset installed...got to take the fork back tomorrow and get them to cut the steerer and to pick up some spacers...I am going to have a bunch of spacers to get the bars up to a reasonable height...but there is a ton of steerer there as you all know.

Yep. I had mine built up by a local track specific shop here using the stuff off my conversion. They used that setup as reference points, and got it mostly right. Problem is, they may have cut the steerer tube and set the stem just a bit too low for me (even with a couple spacers) and there's nothing left of the tube to raise..... Might have to get a stem with a bit of rise. Lesson: don't have the steerer tube cut until you get the fit you want!!!

Question about spacers-This is my first threadless, my others are quills, and I normally ride with the seat and bars pretty close to one another. It's not an issue with quills, but with the 10 degree stem I have, to get even near that height requires a sh#tload of spacers. Does this frame have a short headtube(56cm), and what would a max for spacers be?
