here's my bikesdirect frame all built up, basically took my other kilo and switched everything over, with new bars and stem. the other frame was too big, this is a 57 and i'm 6'3" with a 33" inseam. I've got a super weird build, really short torso, hence the longish seatpost but seat all the way up and mini stem, oh well. it rides nice though, nothing fancy

steppinthefunk - top bike! BTW, did it take you at least two hours to geat a good seat angle with that post? It took me ages.... Worth it though, they look great.
