Excellent bike. Thanks for the compliments. :D |

I think I'm hooked on riser bars, the bike is so controllable and quick handling with them, plus I can climb hills really well. I had drops on it for a few days and just felt kinda outta control with them.
Thanks for the compliments. :D yeah i like your risers, they are really addictive once you start riding them, i've got some easton risers that i chopped 6 inchs off of each side on...they are way narrow and perfect. |

ok, in order to get people to stop bugging me, i will post this. Jon K took these photos. I have no build photos yet, since i'm a lazy drunken (sleepy) wandering travelling fool. http://static.flickr.com/45/109335266_816ded16d7.jpg other shots are on my flickr here: http://flickr.com/photos/chimblysweep/ and if you really want to see the build, look carefully at the monstertrack photos...

Nice. I'm loving my old Trek conversion but the frame is a bit small so I'm going to try a little magic on a vertical drop roadie. That ENO hub is sweet but I can't justify the cash. So, I measured, plugged the numbers into the magic gear calculator, and ordered the cog and half-link from Harris.

Word. Now i guess the next question is, why the threadless on such a nice bike?
|
it's not threadless.

I still haven't seen the crayola bike out on the town yet, Shants. Granted, I don't see you around much, but when am I gonna get to see it up close and personal like?

i dont get why shants bike gets so much dislike... so its colorful so what? if your going to go for color might as well go all out, atleast the bike isnt half assed.

I bought the frame from the son of the builder, Marcell Mulholland, but the only things he could tell me are that it uses a Zona tubeset and has nice lightweight dropouts. I'm not sure what kind of lugs and dropouts these actually are so if there are any experts that can identify them I'd be grateful! Here are some pics I snapped that don't do justice to the loveley red/bronze fade paintjob and great illuminati-style decals.
