yairi, what size wheels and tires are those?
|
700x38. Schwalbe studded. Fairly tight fit in the rear triangle, maybe 5 or 7 mm clearance. Fork is a cyclocross jobbie so it fits easily there.

looks great either way |

You have to do that with new brooks during the first month or so. IF you dont, you slide right off the front constantly.
|
Thanks! I have had that Brooks for quite awhile, it is already broken in, but I have just started tilting it back like that. It is so much more comfortable now, unbelievably.

My Panasonic DX4000 rigged for commuting. Going to repaint it in the spring. Picked it up for $60.00 as complete bike but I like it fixed.

and also what size is that bike? it looks itty bitty! nice work!
|
The frame is a 52cm. The light is a Dinotte Ultra 5. It's fine for commuting but not as good as my old Niterider dual-beam setup. I like it cuz I can switch it between bikes easily and it will take normal AA's in a pinch.

very nice set up. love it.
and its not as itty bitty as i thought. |
Sixty dollars? Damn I woulda paid that just for the bare frame.

wanted to take some good photos of my toasted wheel (well, more toasted of the two) from when i got hit by a car before i took the wheel apart to get the cog and lockring off. im saving the hub shell as a paper weight/morbid reminder to myself not to be an idiot.
