how about some details on the bob jackson.
what size is it?
custom pista or a super vigorelli?
measurements and angles by any chance?

I finally got the OLMO...

this is a rushed paintjob, once I can have it sandblasted I'll do a much nicer job...

The front half of your bike is tight.

On the note of Concepts with white saddles, I got a new one:

It is like night and day in comfort compared to my other saddle. This thing rocks... mostly because it was free.

i have a turbo i inherited from my pops, and it's the ****ing best saddle ever... white like yours... i'm looking for another one, hopefully NOS or very gently used (mine's beat to ****) and black, since white would just look terrible with my new bike...

Yea man. It is seriously so ****ing comfortable. I've been riding with my ass hurting all day long for like 4 years, and the minute I got on this thing I freaked out. It is the best feeling.

Wow. This bike looks soooo fast. Is it fixed? What tires?

thanks :D
It's a freewheel, untill I can get a fixed wheel... its easy to stop though, I nudge my toe into the front tire at the crown... pretty easy to regulate.

toe clips will be strange though...

Soooooooo ugly.

endform 12-06-06 11:07 PM

health insurance might be something you want to look into sbc

el twe 12-06-06 11:08 PM

Looks to be a Surly cog back there, so fixed. And I'm gonna guess Vredestein Fortezza Tricomps on the tires. They're multinational AND the jam.

sbcdestroy 12-06-06 11:10 PM

I rode BMX brakeless for a few months. its not that hard to apply the same stuff to a bigger bike...
I have health insurance :D I hope I never have to use it for riding.

as for the seat, ugly? kinda... but really comfy. and durable.

bonechilling 12-06-06 11:11 PM

Brakeless freewheel isn't cute or charming, it's just
****ing stupid.

yup...the jury is in. that's nutso. if you ever get your foot too wedged in, it's bye bye front teeth. back in the day, that's how we would do endos. but i never saw someone try to stop like that.
