still got the reminton. bummed i haven't been able to get out to the track more this summer. i'm keeping the reminton as a mainly track bike, this is gonna be my primary ride, and i got a benotto beater that's for bad weather and friends to use. my apartment isn't that big, but has a nice corner in the kitchen that fit's all our bikes pretty well. i'll take a pic of it.

That Grody is nice. Practical, not too flashy, minimal, classy. Just the way I dig it.

I forgot who asked me to post some more pics when I could, but whoever it was... here ya go. Some updated pics of my watanabe...
I swear I took a picture of the drive side, but I don't see it on the camera. Hmmm. Yes, I also know the saddle is tilted up in the front, but I find it comfy like that so I keep doing it. I think it's the angle that's making it look so steep, cause it's really not as tilted as it looks here. http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d2...k/P8180183.jpg Tire clearance with 28mm tires... http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d2...k/P8180191.jpg Some paint damage on the dropouts... http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d2...k/P8180189.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d2...k/P8180188.jpg The bike got knocked over while chained to a pole and scraped the whole way down. I already posted this on the commuter board, but figured not everyone here goes there.
Mods so far are: Selle An-Atomica Titanico saddle, Soma New Express tires (700c x 28), 16T freewheel and some carbon fiber headset spacers I had laying around. http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/500...ose_Side_4.jpg |
