well, ive got a dedicated track racing bike, and ive got a townie beater. I've always wanted something with a little more flair and there is no lack of that here in tokyo. Furthermore, the bike put in its time as a racer and now that it has retired and found its way into my hands I feel an odd benevolence in letting it live out its days as a freestyle, super fun bike that looks kind of goofy but also doesn't care.
If I decide I don't like it i've got enough parts back home to restore it to practically 100% NJS status (minus tubuler wheels). In fact, I think its kind of lame to just build it as a track machine because: a. my track machine (a mostly stock 2006 fuji pro) fits me better and due to modern parts, serves me better in competition b. every american who gets their hands on an ex keirin frame seems to try and build it up full NJS style c. this wont be ridden on the track d. sue me I like candy bikes |

I just don't understand what all the fuss is about...the only thing that I would question is the blue bars. As far as the fugly gloves, it's only apparel. Fashion is another forum. I think the bike will be fairly tight! |

try Picasa.com - it scans and organizes all jpegs on your harddrive. I found photos that have been buried in sub-folders for years.
I can still use a slave though (insert evil laugh here) |
Second vote for picasa. Free and easy to use and the web interface is super easy. I've been using this sharing photos and vids of my daughter (5 months) for a couple of weeks.

Let's see if this works http://lh3.google.com/image/sacbikek...0/IMG_1529.JPG Edit: Yep it works. You need to sign in and on the right side there is an option to "link to this photo" Sorry for the unmeasurable cuteness that is Julia :) |
yeah, I still can't figure it out. !?!?! On photobucket, they give you the actual link.
WTF? |
Did you sign in? The link doesn't show up if you don't.
I had to cut out some of the link. They give you too much code. <a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/sacbikekitchen/NewPictures/photo#5080209873098075394"><img src="http://lh4.google.com/image/sacbikekitchen/RoCH9qZxbQI/AAAAAAAAAvQ/XRannfmWJZQ/s400/IMG_1639.JPG" /></a> This is the code supplied. I snipped out starting with http on the second line and finished with .jpg . I copied the remaining code in the image tool. Hope this helps |
