Where'd you get it from? They don't have it on their site it looks like.

I'll take a few pictures tomorrow when I have better lighting. I bought it from here: http://shop.titusti.com/product-p/froopv3.htm

Today I built up my brother's Brick Lane bike that he won from H&M. Gave it a test ride. It's smooth; ride quality is nice. The white gloss on the wheelset is aight. Aside from that, everything looked like quality parts.

No way dude. It's definitely the Aussie Jim groupie club. I'm just the VP.

Today I'm back in NYC after a week in LA/Palm Springs, feeling the same way I do every time I come back from being out west: why do I live in places with winters? Growing up in NY and spending 10 years in Montreal, I've paid my winter dues. Might be time to take the fam out west.

Thanks, dude! The feedback has been really positive so far. People are stoked on the concept.

I'm very biased, but even after doing a good amount of traveling for my age, I'd still say Left Coast is Best Coast. Japan and NY were rad, but the extreme weather is hard to take.

well today im pissed off because of the disorganization and lack or receiving dpt we have for packages here...

I rush ordered some consumable parts for an instrument I operate regularly (ICP-MS) that is CRUCIAL to both our internal QC and outside QC services that I do, and no one knows where the **** it is. According to fedex and thermo fisher scientific it arrived on 3/28... Our ordering lady has no idea where the **** it is and I just wasted a good 45 min combing the lab for it.

One of the perks of being at a small company I suppose. You take the good (freedoms, liberties, work environment) with the bad I suppose.

How is the Rapha club ride?
Thinking about trying that next week.

In other news, I'm probably going to buy Nagrom's A23's. Test riding them next week over spring break.

FakeFuji 04-03-13 11:05 AM

Today I am loving the way my bike handles with wider rims and shorter cranks. Leanin for dayss

Jandro says they're "not that fast"

Which means I'd probably die on one. Huehue

It's awesome!! I can't stress enough how great the company and routes are. I've been doing these for over a year now and it is, by far, my favorite 'club' ride. This Saturday they are doing their first century route of 2013, just a heads up. Follow @RaphaCycleClub to get updates on routes and such. Typically it's around 50-70 mi with plenty of places to turn around/cut short if you need to.

This is a pretty typical ride: http://app.strava.com/activities/45578156

I can go next Saturday, (4/13), I'm down for a century though. Maybe.

I wish there were more people in the east bay.

SpeshulEd 04-03-13 04:13 PM

I love NYC but almost all of the West Coast is fun. I'd be fine living in either location. I had 25 years in Michigan, I'm used to the cold. However, I'll take sunshine over snow any day.

Its in the 90's this week in PHX, 120* is a couple of months away.

I know a handful of awesome dudes that ride in the East Bay! They're out there. One of them even comes to WPH every week.

This.

It's ****ing April and it's snowing with a 20 degree windchill. I guess living two miles from a Great Lake doesn't help. Some days I look forward to it, other days the weather makes me wanna quit everything and wonder why I live in a tundra for eight months of the year when other places won't kill you if you stay outside too long, haha.
