Today I:
I am seriously wishing I hadn't picked up today as an extra shift. No prep to be done, deep cleaned everything yesterday, I'm on salary so it isn't extra money, and it's absolutely beautiful out. I'd rather be on my bike.
In other news, I started taking Lexapro and St. John's Wort. Feeling pretty happy most of the time. It's a welcome change.

Still kicking.

Today I discovered that the drive side crank on the 930 is cracked.

Had a doctor's appointment, noticed the crack when checking the chainring bolts. Had a fun quick ride on the dmr. Once home, I go to check my email, to see an email from a friend of mine, stating that he took a really nasty spill at while riding dh at mountain creek. The result from the crash was a fractured pelvis.

You do approximately 1 million pushups a day and you ride 90 gear inches. Something tells me you'll be fine...

Didn't make it home last night. Paid for it at work today, could noooooot focus, and I'm behind in work. Damn it.

ARGH
pretty preaseeee???
pretty preaseeee???
Snapped the granny ring on my commuter bike tonight while demonstrating how to pop wheelies.
I used to bend chain rings on my fixed gear and that did stem from too much torque but in this case it looks like I lost a chain ring bolt somewhere and had I not been demonstrating what is one of the best ways to abuse a drive train may have not noticed it for many miles.

So 2 things.
1: Lizardskins is/are awesome.
2: How is this EAI cog so quiet. What black magic do they use to make it?

Mighty fine legs there, 65er.
I would post a picture of George Hincapie's leg if it didn't gross me out so much.
I will do it for you
