How much do you weigh? Unless you're a gorilla, I think you'd be fine either way.

180, but I've recently put on about 10+ lbs, cause I've been eating like ****, lol. Should be in the 165-170 range when I build these.
What was your reason earlier for the lasers/db14s over xl15s?

I had the XL15s confused with another spoke.

Ah, alright. Thanks.
I was thinking, might as well go radial up front.
A23s to CM's, with XL15s, 24/28 radial/2x.
Sound decent?
A23's use red or yellow veloplugs?

I have a hard time figuring out what the right bike would be. I thought about putting one on the retro for a while, but they're just so WEIRD looking. maybe on a FTP?

IMO, they look decent on thick tubed aluminum bikes. I saw a pic somewhere of a Raleigh Macaframa with a Chub that looked great. The dude I built up that wheel for put it on a Mash, which also looked pretty cool.
It's one of those things where the first time you see it, your like "Holy ****, that thing is hideous!" but the more you look it, the more acceptable it becomes. Kinda like Angie's reaction when she first met me.

Since I've been unable to sell my Bareknuckle, I decided to part it out. After removing the crankset, I was surprised to find a rather strange bottom bracket--Shimano BB7700. I looked it up online and apparently it comes in Italian and English threadings. Now, the Bareknuckle frame is made in Italy...so should I assume the bottom bracket threading is Italian? Thanks.

Seriously, dude? https://www.retro-gression.com/produc...track-frameset
But thanks. Thought a frame made in Italy might have had Italian threading. I must have been crazy thinking such things.

Considering the BK's distributor and target customer base is in the USA, it makes sense for them to have English threading.

A buddy of mine here has a MASH with chub Hubs built up to H+ Sons and it looks awesome. If they were on anything but a modern frame I think it would look super weird and out of place.

Scrod,
I'm considering buying a Swift for my Bareknuckle. I have long arms for my body so I went with the 56 frame. I'm concerned as to what would happen if I use the Brooks on the bike. I used to have a B17 and noticed it was much taller from the rails to the top of the saddle than most. I didn't know if this was also the case with the Swift and if so, how much lower do you think the post would have to be moved to accommodate the height difference. Thanks.

OK, thanks. And since it seems you sell BK frames, any idea what it'll cost to ship ground in the US? Hopefully I can find some sort of ideal box. I've never sold anything this size on ebay.

Guessing the box dimensions and weight, I got a $65 quote for FedEx Ground. I couldn't pull anything from UPS, but it's probably the same. So I guess I'll go with that.
