Yeah, having options is terrible. Everyone get off my spoon and do what FixedDriveJess does.
all I'm saying is if you're looking for a tubless setup, you have weight in mind, and you have a sweet deal with Stan's tubeless rims... |

Yeah, skidding through a tubeless tire would be exciting.

scrod, Im building a jackass bike similar to the one below with 700/650 wheelset. I'm not sure how familiar you are with the cheapo STARS wheels, but I bought a front 650 wheel and my 650x23 tire will NOT fit at all. The tire is too big.
Do you know if those STARS wheels are actually 26" instead of 650c? Thanks for any input. http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=310224 http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=310225 |

I've got a big ass head (size 8), which would you choose between the giro venti and specialized max?
|
I have no idea which helmet you'll find more comfortable.
|
Hey scrod are the kryptonite mini skins that you stock long enough to shroud the entire shackle when the frame mounting bracket adapter is removed?
|
Yes, and then some.
|
Scrod,
Do you happen to know the max and min insertion specs on the leader SPCA-1 aero carbon seatpost (250mm)? |
I ride a 47 Kilo, I was checking the geo chart for the Leaders and supposedly I can ride a 51 is this right? I really want a Leader......
|
If your Kilo fits, I highly doubt you want a 51. Pick the size with the closest top tube measurement.

My leader 735 seat post is creaking, drove me insane on the way home cause I couldn't figure out what it was then when I got home I unscrewed the seatpost bolt and then rode it around the block some and it's gone.
Do I need to just tighten it tighter or does it need some grease? Edit: Forgot to add, it's not a carbon fiber seatpost. |
You should always grease your seatpost, as well as the binder bolt.
|
It's greased but I went a little light on it due to it being just a temporary seatpost.
|
You can clean it off later. Dish soap fixes everything.

As a shop owner, at what percentage point do you deem a product obscenely marked up? Do you stop at 50%, 60%, 70% margin across the board?
Edit: Margin
