Not a bargain, but I love the colour, condition and styling:

Imported in the 70's, in EXCELLENT condition and has been garage stored with very little use.
In beautiful Apricot Orange, this bike has old school "Single speed" propulsion, coaster brake with front calipers, a San Marco spring loaded seat, Whitewall tires, Chromed generator light, split rubber pedals, Chromed fenders with pinstripes, Original rear heavy duty rack with a new basket.

Late 80's Fuji Team frameset

[h=2]Late 80's Fuji Team frameset - $175 (Brookline)[/h]

condition: excellent
do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers59cm seat tube, 59cm top tube. Tange double butted frame tubes, Ishiwata infinity fork blades. Unique frame. Uncertain of it's provenance, very high quality build, lugged and nicely detailed. I suspect it was a custom build due to the dimensions. Definitely a racer with tight clearances and shorter wheelbase. Some cosmetic blemishes, but appears to have low miles. I acquired it as a project, but never got to it. Email with your phone number if interested.

I also have a 54cm Japanese Paramount frame needing a new home.

Nice one. I have no idea if it is a good deal but I love it. Totally the kind of bike I would build.

I'd say it was a good deal, I just bought it. Seller is a bicycle mechanic, it is very well maintained. Great person, think we spoke for an hour or so until I couldn't stand the cold anymore.

Be still, my heart - but too small for me. Same components as my '72-72. Even has the little rubber covers on the shift levers. Different frameset, mine was a Durifort.

Reminds me of an ancient joke:

Dad sends her daughter off to college with a couple hundred dollars to buy a bicycle to get around campus.

But when she saw the most adorable little monkey at a pet store she spent her savings on it instead.

A few months pass and the poor little fella develops a skin condition and the daughter writes her dad in a panic: "All the hair is falling off my monkey, what should I do?"

"Sell the bicycle!!"

Can't tell much from the picture since they used a potato as a camera, but someone save this from a pawn shop. I would, but I just bought a Black Lightning yesterday.

Classic Raleigh
Vancouver BC $500CAD ($350 USD - what a time to be near the border!) tall copper Raleigh International with Brooks saddle. They say 'all original except wheels and seat' but clearly not a campy derailleur (looks like Shimano 600 Arabesque rd & shifters). Looks like the paint is in nice condition.

Land shark time shark time trial 650 TT triathlon framset campagnolo

[h=2]Land shark time shark time trial 650 TT triathlon framset campagnolo - $300 (danville / san ramon)[/h]

Hi CL,

Up for sale is a well loved and 1 of a kind Land Shark Triathalon/time trial/road bike. Very cool with filet brazed welds made by John Slawta in Oregon. Slawta does not make steel bikes anymore, just carbon, his steel bikes are increasing in value as people are beginning to see how different and cool they are.

The frame shows it's age. It does have chips, and one very tiny tiny dent. I tried my best to show these in the photos. Some of the chips have been painted over, but the paint doesn't match 100%.

Included in the auction is a carbon EMS Kestral carbon threaded fork, and also a brand new miche needle bearing threaded headset. For a wheelset there is a set of campagnolo record 650c 8spd wheelset.

The frame itself is very cool. Triple triangle, with beautiful filet brazed welds. The bike has small but noticeable details like the rear brake bridge that is a little different, the integrated cabling for the rear brake, pegs for a bike pump, and an assortment of other stuff. The frame measures 61 cm CTC for both the top tube and the seat tube

Dont miss you're chance to own this vintage land shark. Text me at show contact info if you are interested.
