As much as I hate to let this bike go, I simply don't have the time to ride it or the money to keep it. I'm going to be out of the country until next year soon so hopefully someone else can make better use of the bike. I picked up the bike last Fall with intentions replace all the wear items (levers, brake and derailleur cable/housing, etc.), but never got the chance to. I will include all the items I've collected for the purpose, listed below under "Additional items included." The previous owner is a bike mechanic who tuned up the bike up before selling it to me. The bike is functional except for a flat back tire.

The bicycle is a vintage Italian Francesco Moser, probably from the early 80's. There is amazing decorative detail work on the frame. To name a few: chromed fork and chainstay, pantographed lugs, and bottom bracket casting cutout. The cutout is my favorite detail of the frame; it reads FM for Francesco Moser. Decals on seat tube seem to be smudged in a shop stand clamp but all other decals look pretty good. And of course there is that cool graphic of Francesco on the head tube! Pictures below.

I am selling a Univega Superstrada in 58 cm (generally good for folks 5'10" to 6'2"). I replaced all the parts in the last year. I've done a lot of work on it, and I keep it in top condition. Unfortunately, it's too big for me and hurts to ride.

This is an all original 1982 Schwinn Superior. It was made from the Schwinn Paramount frame parts left over from when they moved from Chicago to Waterford. it has Reynolds 530 steel with Nervex lugs. campy components, this bike is in fantastic condition and all original! well after I loaded the picks I noticed that I have replaced the bar tape. the size is 54c-c-tt

Started working on restoring this bike,then I got got sidetracked by a motorcycle project.I'm selling to buy a 3/4 'retro' open face helmet.So if you have one of those,I might trade you straight up.
About the bike...
It is a 1986 model
53 cm c-c downtube as well as TT.
It is a slightly more rare model w/ 27" araya aluminum rims(rear rim has a VERY slight lateral adjustment needed,cannot tell when riding)
There is a small ding in the top-tube.Does not affect flex or that much of an eye-sore really for it's age.
The bike has more areas that need to be gone over w/ touch up paint(mainly fork).
The tires that are on it have between 200-500 miles left on them(depending on how you ride).
Sprockets/chain/deraileurs/brakes are all in good working order.
The headset/bottom bracket/pedals have all been broken down and re-packed.
New cables,new(er) seat.
The wraps are in good condition,but are white so they look 'dingier' in person.
All in all it's a very fun,fast and lightweight piece of vintage steel.Hate to get rid of it,but another set of two wheels is calling my name.

Steel is real! This is a classic Serotta Colorado in 55CM from 1994. Collectors this is a golden chance at a full 8sp Dura Ace group.

This bike is in excellent condition and has half a season of riding on it. I held onto it because its so beautiful.
