What exactly is a cheese curd? I know about generic "curds" as being the protein precipitate from milk that is formed into blocks of cheese, but not the specific Wisconsin food item, cheese curd. Please explain.

Just got a 24 question document to complete and return to a prospective employer.
It's like being back in school! On the plus side normally this company just seems a rejection email (I've applied for multiple jobs there) so I guess it's progress. |

Well, I may have mentioned my Dad here in the past. We thought he had primary aphasia, like the monty python guy, which is a kind of dementia the only affects speech.
Well he had an appointment at Emory today with a specialist neurologist, and it turns out it's bulbar onset ALS, which is much, much worse :( He seems to be degrading quickly. I missed a trip out to visit him over spring break over some stupid ass satellite test I had to do for work. Already making plans for a trip with them to florida next month. Maybe I'll be able to take him to the Rockies for some hiking while he's still able. That may be this fall. So in addition to my terrible heart muscle disease that's almost certainly genetic, I now have some chance at ALS, oh and recently found out my Grandmother has leukemia (not the bad kind, but the kind that makes it almost certain I'll get it, too). I hit the genetics lottery. https://dgtzuqphqg23d.cloudfront.net...-2048x1536.jpg |

Heh. So did I.
Which weighs more: 5 litters of kittens or 5 liters of kittens? So: five litters of kittens, unless it's only 1 kitten per litter in which case they weight the same. |

Then I would not suggest reading any further. Just leaving him in the past with that positive image would be the kindest thing for him.
Oh, also- Congrats on the new dog! |

https://c1.staticflickr.com/1/33/595...7fed9dfd_o.jpg Wife and only cat of ours that I really like, Nov 2005 Kittens are always one liter. They are born that way and they stay that way and they never change. One liter per kitten, thems the facts. And don't even start in with your alternative facts. (Cute kitten BTW. And your wife looks a little too smart for you. ;) ) |
